        Tele Columbus and 1&1 Agree Wholesale Cooperation


        1&1 has announced that it has partnered with Tele Columbus (PYUR)
        for  the  marketing  of  fixed  broadband  connections  in  Germany.
        Under  the  new  long-term  wholesale  framework agreement,  the
        nationwide transport network of 1&1 Versatel will be connected
        to  Tele  Columbus’  regional  city  network, enabling  1&1  to  offer
        households  high  speed  internet  connections  over an internet-
        enabled Tele Columbus cable or fiber connection from April 2023.
        Housing  tenants with  a  Tele  Columbus internet  connection will
        soon be able to purchase 1&1 products and services, while for 1&1
        the  new cooperation  agreement  opens  up additional  marketing
        potential of more than two million households, with fixed products
        offering download speeds of up to 1Gbps. ‘The network opening
        from April 2023 is widening the choice of broadband products and
        offers a genuine added value for our housing association partners   with  fast  broadband  connections. In addition  to Tele  Columbus’
        and  all  of their  tenants,’  said  Daniel  Ritz,  CEO  and  Chairman  of   existing fiber and cable connections, we will also have access to
        the  Management  Board  of  Tele  Columbus. Meanwhile,  Ralph   fiber connections that will be built by Tele Columbus in the future.

        Malaysia 5G Wholesale Operator Finalizes Access Deals

        MEAG, AVWL and Primevest Establish Wholesale Fiber Company


        German  asset  manager  MEAG,  pension  fund  Arzteversorgung
        Westfalen-Lippe  (AVWL)  and  investment  firm  Primevest  Capital
        Partners (Primevest CP) have reached an agreement on creating
        a  joint  venture  for  the  deployment  of  fiber-to-the-home  (FTTH)
        networks in Germany. MEAG and AVWL will each hold 40% in Open
        German Fiber, with the remaining 20% owned by Primevest CP. The   the  regions  of Hessen  and  North  Rhine-Westphalia,  where ISPs
