The SAMENA Telecommunications Council Leaders' Summit 2025 will take place on May 26th in Dubai, bringing together leading policymakers, regulators, and ICT innovators from across the SA-ME-NA region and beyond. Held with the chief patronage of the UAE’s Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), the Summit is organized around under the theme “Intelligent & Sustainable Transformation of Digital Economies.” This year’s Summit features strategic collaboration with key regional and global stakeholders, including Platinum Sponsor Mobily and Gold Sponsor ZTE, both highlighting their commitment to enabling inclusive and future-ready digital ecosystems in alignment with SAMENA Council’s vision and the digital transformation needs of the region.
The Summit will also feature closed-door regulatory roundtables, such as the Multi-TRA Forum chaired by TDRA-UAE, and a G20 Inter-Ministerial Roundtable hosted in collaboration with South Africa’s Ministry of Communications, among others.
