This time, actor and comedian Craig Robinson pivots from comedy to small business ownership with “Wake Up with CrAIg.” His visionary idea is an AI alarm clock designed to motivate and spread good vibes for small business owners. Just like we did last year with Craig’s work friend, AT&T Business is supporting Craig’s dream of launching his own business.
A cast of familiar faces—Creed Bratton, Angela Kinsey, Oscar Nuñez, and Ellie Kemper—join Craig on his small business journey, each bringing their unique personality and expertise. The campaign was teased a few weeks ago with a leaked video of Craig announcing onstage that he’s quitting comedy. He later confirmed on Instagram and shared behind-the-scenes moments. The buzz continued to build until a new spot triumphantly revealed Craig’s bold new venture: “Wake Up with CrAIg,” powered by AT&T Business.
In the spot, Craig shares his new idea with Angela, Creed, Oscar, and Ellie. “Last year, we saw what happens when you believe in something,” he says. “This year, we are going to launch a completely different business, starting with a completely different product for small business owners.” The team hilariously guesses what it could be, and the laughs continue when Craig reveals its name.
