At the Huawei Network Summit 2025 held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Huawei unveiled the fully-upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network products and solutions for the Middle East and Central Asia. These purpose-built offerings are ideal for AI-powered connections, driving local stakeholders to seize new opportunities for intelligent development and maximize digital and intelligent productivity.
Currently, the use of AI is still in the early stages, with most solutions simply adding AI components to the existing network management systems (NMSs) to just resolve some single-point issues.
Shawn Zhao, Vice President of Huawei's Data Communication Product Line, said, "We believe that only AI-powered networks are viable solutions. For one thing, AI-powered network devices have built-in AI-dedicated computing power, which can enable more accurate service awareness and real-time service assurance. For another, the network brain is fully upgraded to change from an enabler for single-point AI innovations to a network AI agent for automated assurance throughout the entire process. All of these reshape network experience, security, and operations and maintenance (O&M) capabilities, and lay a solid network foundation for the intelligent era."
Huawei's fully-upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network offerings span all scenarios, including campus networks, wide area networks, data center networks, and network security. For example, Huawei's Wi-Fi Shield solution, first of its kind in the industry, uses AI signal scrambling technology for physical-layer encryption to ensure zero data leakage. Huawei's intelligent experience assurance solution can prioritize and assure audio and video conferencing applications, such as Teams and Zoom, with a latency of less than 100 ms.
To cope with emerging network security threats, Huawei's AI-powered border firewalls enable an unknown threat detection rate of 95%, the endpoint security solution stands out for over 2000 protection points, and the AI-powered source tracing graph engine enables correlation analysis of 100 hops on the entire network to pinpoint the threat source.
Huawei actively engages in global commercial markets by diving deep into more than 10 high-value scenarios like enterprise offices, education, and healthcare. Huawei's leading end-to-end product portfolio enables partners to deliver high-quality value across industries. Huawei also has upgraded the O&M tools to support more delivery scenarios of partners, for example, upgrading the journey playback function of the iMaster NCE platform and launching the lightweight and visualized network management system WebMaster.
In global distribution markets, Huawei focuses on major scenarios such as hotels, retail stores, and SMBs, and continuously launches best-selling and energy-efficient products. For example, the power consumption of Huawei's AP266 is only 9.4 W, which is only 61% of the industry average. In addition, Huawei has developed new accessories to help partners improve installation and maintenance efficiency. The general-purpose metal mounting bracket of APs, for example, is best suited for eight installation scenarios, greatly improving the onsite operation efficiency of engineers.
Other highlights at this summit included presenting the coveted "Imagine Wi-Fi 7 Pioneer Awards" at the "Imagine Wi-Fi 7 to Reality" Program (Season 3) Awards Ceremony and releasing the Xinghe Intelligent Unified SASE Solution white paper.
The world is standing at a critical juncture in advancing from digital transformation to intelligent transformation. Looking ahead, Huawei will continue to innovate its Xinghe Intelligent Network offerings to propel the Middle East and Central Asia into a new era of intelligent networks.
